These terms cover buying and using Location Changer, sold by ("we"). By buying or using it, you agree to them.
What you're buying
A Windows installer for Location Changer, updates when they're released, and email help. Payment is handled by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record and handles tax and receipts.
Licence
Location Changer is open-source software released under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPL-3.0). That licence, not these terms, governs what you can do with the software itself. The source code is available free. Your payment covers the ready-made installer, updates and support.
Using it responsibly
You're responsible for how you use Location Changer. Don't use it to break the law, to deceive or defraud anyone, or to break the rules of apps and services you use. Many games and some apps ban location changing and may suspend your account. We're not responsible for that.
Requirements
You need a Windows 10 or 11 PC, a data USB cable, Apple's Apple Devices app, and an iPhone on iOS 17 or later with Developer Mode on. Please check these before buying.
No warranty
Location Changer is provided as it is. Apple can change how iPhones work in any update, which may stop it working for a while until an update is released. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
